One technician. Twenty minutes.
Measuring a shaft with a tape takes two technicians two to three hours. With 3DLiftLens it takes one technician about twenty minutes — and the dimensions come out of the scan, not out of a notebook.
Built for elevator companies and technical offices. You subscribe once as a company and give your technicians a seat each.
What a survey actually costs you
The software is not the expense. The second technician, the half day on site and the wrong dimension are.
| With a tape measure | With 3DLiftLens | |
|---|---|---|
| People on site | 2 technicians | 1 |
| Time on site | 2–3 hours | About 20 minutes |
| Labour cost per shaft | €140–210 | Around €20 |
| A wrong dimension | A second visit, or the wrong car ordered | The scan holds every height, so the narrowest point is in it |
Ten shafts a month is roughly €1,500 of labour you stop spending. The Team plan costs €349.

More seats, more shafts, custom workflows and onboarding for manufacturers, OEMs and engineering groups. We build the plan around your team.
A shaft with up to 6 landings counts as one shaft. Seven to fifteen landings count as two, sixteen or more count as three. All prices exclude VAT.
Storage is unlimited, on every plan
Every shaft you scan stays in your account. Over a few years that archive becomes the thing you reach for when a building comes back for a modernisation — the measurements are already there, taken by your own technician, with their name on the report. We do not charge you for keeping it.
Questions
What counts as a shaft?
One new scan. A scan is charged once - you can open it again and produce your reports as many times as you need, with no new charge. A shaft with up to 6 landings counts as one; seven to fifteen count as two; sixteen or more count as three.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
You add shafts at €25 each, or move up a plan. Nothing is blocked retroactively — the scans you already have stay accessible.
How much storage do I get?
Unlimited, on every plan. There is no number to keep an eye on and no bill that grows with your archive.
Do you charge per user?
No. What you pay for is shafts. Seats only decide how many people can work at the same time, and you can add a seat for €29 a month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, yourself, from your account. There is nobody to call and nothing to negotiate.
Who is this for?
Elevator companies and technical offices. You sign up as a company - when you set up your company account we ask for your company name, business address and VAT number.
Do I need special hardware?
An iPhone Pro with LiDAR. Nothing else — no tripod, no laser, no second person holding the other end of the tape.
